Looking for an Agent You Can Trust?
Various reports on the housing market in Ireland have produced seemingly conflicting results.
We've pulled together a variety of reports from varying sources to try make sense of a volatile housing market for our clients.
-High Quality Service and Tenants
("...expertly, efficiently...excellent tenants...impeccable...gladly recommend...reliable")
"PropertyforPeople has managed our property for the past four years. They consistently conducted their business expertly, efficiently and with minimum intrusion to us. They secured several excellent tenants who left the property in impeccable condition. Based on the high quality of service that we have received from Gerry, we would gladly recommend his services to anyone seeking a reliable property manager." - Jini & Terence Rooney (Landlords, single property)
-Relocation Expertise
("...were critical...the right properties...one of the best Agencies...)
Channel 4 Productions hired PropertyforPeople.ie (then Home from Home Relocation) as their location consultant for their Irish edition of Relocation, Relocation, Relocation. It featured a couple moving to Ireland from their home in the UK and mostly focussed on the Wicklow area. Jonathan McLeod, the Associate Producer said “We had a very intense schedule for our first non-UK shoot in Ireland, Home from Home were critical in getting the right properties for the show. Easily one of the best Agencies we’ve dealt with.”
-Consistently delivering peace of mind
("I rely on them...my best interests...recommend them highly")
PropertyforPeople have rented and managed my properties for the past 5 years. I rely on them to look after my properties and they've always looked after my best interests. I'd recommend them highly. Peter McGregor (Landlord, multiple properties)
-One Source, Perfect Results
("...highly complex project...handled it superbly...highly efficient...trouble free...")
In 2008 IBM & Xerox in Dublin 15 had a joint program involving a 6-month training program for 160 EU and Asian trainees. The accommodation element was put to tender which was won by PropertyforPeople.ie. William Walshe was the program coordinator, “PropertyforPeople won the tender based on value and on the ‘one-stop-shop’ nature of their bid. This was a highly complex project involving 22,000 bed nights and PropertyforPeople.ie handled it superbly. From arriving at Dublin Airport to accommodation and transport, PropertyforPeople.ie were highly efficient. Any problems which arose were dealt with promptly and the whole project was as trouble free as we could have hoped"
