BER Test

If you house or apartment is on the market to sale or to let, you must have a BER Certificate

A BER test measures how energy efficient your house is and illustrates the results on an alphabetical scale, similar to what you would see on new appliances.

The assessment of the property must be carried out by a Sustainable Energy Authority of  Ireland registered BER Assessor

If you are applying for a HES Home Energy Saving Scheme Grant you must have a BER Certificate

  
 A BER assessment is relatively inexpensive and takes approximately one hour to conduct- so why not do it today?
